HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Please allow 3-5 Business working days for the order to be processed and fulfilled. This lead time does not include the shipping time. Please note that some carriers may expect delays beyond our control during peak season and inclement weather. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING?
Don't worry! All packages take up to 24 hours to update as the carrier needs to receive the package and update it within their system after it's picked up from our warehouse, so it's likely your package will update by the end of the day. If there's any outstanding issues after 48 hours please contact us and we'll look into the situation.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED?
We take every precaution to ensure your product arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible, however on rare occasion, breakage does occur in transit. If this has happened, please send us an email at support@windowsill.co.in with the following:
• Photos of the packaging and product if possible
• The Quantity of broken items
• The Order Number and we’ll work on the replacement as soon as possible
I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS! CAN I CHANGE IT?
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, so please make sure you double check the addresses before placing your order. If you need to correct any information on your order, please connect with us soon with your order number + information that need to be changed by replying to your order confirmation email or through our contact us details.

CAN I ADD A GIFT NOTE?
Absolutely! As you add an item to your cart, you'll notice that there is an option of remarks right before you proceed to checkout. Please mention your message there.
MY CANDLE ARRIVED AND APPEARS TO BE YELLOW?
Beeswax candles naturally appear slightly yellow because of the inherent color of beeswax itself, which is a result of the pollen and propolis that bees collect while producing the wax; this color variation is completely normal and does not affect the burn quality of the candle, as the color is purely aesthetic and not related to the wax's combustion properties.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
CANDLE CARE
Candles bring warmth and comfort, but their open flame requires caution. Follow these simple guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable burn.
Before Burning:
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch to prevent uneven burning and dripping
- Keep away from drafts and vents to avoid excessive sooting
- Burn for 2–3 hours per session for an even melt pool
While Burning:
- Never leave a candle unattended or burn while sleeping
- Avoid moving a lit candle, especially with liquefied wax
- Stop burning when ¼ inch of wax remains
- Space candles at least three inches apart
- Extinguish if the flame flickers excessively
- Keep away from flammable objects, children, and pets
When Extinguishing:
- Use a snuffer to prevent wax splatter
- Never use water, as it may cause breakage
- Ensure the flame is completely out before leaving the room

Our studio is located in a secure multi-use building without public access and for this reason; we are not able to offer local pickup options.
If you’re hoping to grab something in person, we would suggest connecting with us in advance so arrangements can be made for pick up.
